Snow Dance Frozen Domain is a combination of the Ice Jade Scorpion Torso Bone Ability: Eternal Frozen Domain and the Ice Jade Scorpion Martial Soul's 2nd Spirit Ability provided by Snow Goddess's Spirit Ring: Snow Dance Ultimate Ice (they called it Snow Dance Sunshine in this episode). Its basically a more powerful Ice domain. It will be even more powerful when Bingbing wakes up and works together with Snow Goddess becuz they can draw more power.

Snow Goddess's Spirit Rings are the only Orange ones, possibly to symbolize that she is a new lifeform and that she was created by unconventional means not native to Soul Land. Remember how Huo Yuhao's 3rd Martial Soul, Necromancer has only one Grey Spirit Ring? I think the author was trying to imply that Spirit Rings with different colors are either not from this realm or non-natural.

Soul Spirits is a new concept of life form introduced by Yi Lai Ke Si's necromancy magic. Unlike Wisdom Spirit Rings, Soul Spirits do not have to bound to a Spirit Master's Spiritual Sea and do not need to depend on the Spirit Master to activate Spirit Skills, they can do it themselves as shown by Snow Goddess in this episode. Soul Spirits can also provide more than 1 Spirit Ring as oppose to regular Spirit Beast as shown in this episode.
