It's CRITIC!!! CRITIC is a person. CRITIQUE is the action of criticizing or praising something. Just because you elongate a sound doesn't make it right even if it sounds fancy to you. Sheesh. Why do ppl do interviews in English I'd they're so horrible at the language? Also, maybe it's just me, but I don't think Tabu has good chemistry with Ajay Devgan at all. The Vijaypath that is being hailed so much today was a flop back then. That song wasn't even that great. Ppl in the social media era have a bad habit of overglorifying songs n movies and pairs decades later for no reason at all. Whenever Tabu n Ajay are in a movie together, it's never a fair "fight". One always outshines the other either by performance (Tabu) or screen time (Ajay). Only Drishyam has been good for them bcoz they're rivals in it.

What're you even talking about? No! The only movies where she was "sidelined" are the ones with Ajay and Salman. Her career progressed because of her association with Gulzar who gave her Maachis and Hu Tu Tu. She benefited from great but small roles written for her in movies like Virasat and Sazaa E Kaalapaani and Jeet. Her choice to work with Vishal Bharadwaj in Maqbool and Haider gave her an extra edge. Her decision to work with the relatively new Madhur Bhandarkar in Chandni Bar got her a National Award. No she wasn't sidelined. She took those roles specifically for the less commitment and a chance to enjoy herself as a break from heavy roles. If anything she was sidelined more by Sunny Deol. By and large her roles have always been leads. Look beyond your limited horizons of her work. Her work in Astitva is also legendary that gave her a new boost to her career. And these are only her Hindi film roles. There's also her great work in Kandukondaein Kandukondaein, and her Bengali film Abar Aranye.
