IT WAS IN THE CARBURETOR ( 1997 Mercury 9.9 two stroke carb clean-out )

The engine was near impossible to start and even if it did run it was nasty. Excuse the breathing as the hat cam mic pick-up was on high, LOL !!!!!!
Purrrrrrrrsssssssss like a kitten now !!!!!!!
