'It was surreal': 28 injured, 1 critically, in tour bus crash on Interstate 490

Chili, N.Y. (WHAM) - A portion of Interstate 490 was closed for about eight hours after a tour bus crashed Thursday morning, injuring 28 people, one critically.
Emergency crews responded to 490 West, just west of Union Street, near the Chili-Riga town line, around 7:10 a.m. for a report of a tour bus flipped with people trapped.
Monroe County Sheriff Todd Baxter said it was a "surreal" scene as first responders found the bus rolled on its side and passengers walking alongside 490.

The fatigue is tracked back to the employer. They push these drivers because of the company's greed and mismanagement. We need to examine the company as well. Stop only blaming the driver.

One of the witnesses that stopped to help turned out to be a paramedic that was on his way to work. He was late because he was looking for his phone. He grabbed his medical bag and helped give medical assistance to the victims. If he had been on time to work he would have messed the whole thing. He said it was like God allowed him to be late so he could stop and render aid to the victims.

It's not all the drivers fault between the bus company not giving enough time off between trips and groups not giving enough time off from night before and next morning yes drivers get tired but you have dispatch yelling or writing you up for calling off because your exhausted

Track it back to the employer. Their demands to the drivers are bad.
