My husband and I have really increased our outdoor activities since the pandemic… we hike, fish etc more than ever… we found your videos in our quest for new places to explore… in doing so, I just want to say what a gift all 4 of you are to the world… it truly gives me hope for the future of our climate and just mankind in general… i am just so amazed at your values and integrity… our boys have no choice, we have nagged it all into them:)… just thank you💕❤️

I'll tell you this it is not in your head. And this particular virus Causes a huge amount of exhaustion that can even hang on. I had the same experience about a month ago and I do have ivermecton on hand and I'll tell you what taken that makes all the difference. The tire just still have to Work your way through but that fuzzy headed tired lethargic feeling you've had. It's a tough one but it's out there and it is connected to covid.... So we do what we can do and we shake it off and we keep going. So glad you're feeling better.

To truly understand your body, you need a clean diet. Cook 9/10 of your meals and that 1/10 take out should be a good choice :)
