I made this recipe and I will advice anybody who would like to give it a try to NOT add condensed milk at all! Use powdered sugar for whipped cream and also add melted butter for the cookie crumb to make stick together ! The condensed milk taste took over the whole exotic flavor, and it made it sooooo sweet , don’t use it. I will re do it without condensed milk. Thankx for your receipes, still one of my favorite channels.

Let's be clear, I love this channel, and it is one of my favorites. But this time I am almost sure that I would not like this recipe. Let's begin by the crushed cookies : you would not convince me to eat them when they are not crushed. I tried it. No special taste and my mouth is full of a type of paste when I eat it. There is no way to convince me that when they are crushed, the taste would turn to better. Now the rest seems too sweet too cream, in lack of acidity, and the global result seems to have less structure than a pudding. I like to have the feeling of what I am eating. And about the taste, it's such a common sense that the taste of the mango is low, that we often associate passion fruits to boost it. To this dish I see only 3 qualities: it's good looking (but ultimately the taste prevails) It can be made without an oven, and not everyone has one, but a fruits salad doesn't need an oven either and I feel more compelled to eat it, It can be eaten by people without teeth, but a ripe Mango too and it. Would have a stronger taste. We both know that not everyone is really cooking the recipes found in KZbin, but I really prepared some of yours. However concerning this cake, I will not be lifting one finger to make it. We don't win all the time, the next one will be better.
