We kick off the a trip to Arizona with a uphill/downhill sufferfest on Goat Camp. I was told it was gnarly and gnasty, but did I listen? Nope. I had to experience it. Goat Camp is probably the gnarliest trail I've ever seen. Its all rideable, but rarely all ridden. An introduction to mountain biking Phoenix Jank.
I was defeated easily and ended up doing ALOT of walking. There are several features on this trail that I DID NOT ride and they didn't make the film for time. Who cares!?

I have to offer my apologies. On the Spartan ride I ask you if you were Lenosky when I saw your Trail Boss sticker on your helmet from behind.😔. I thought "maybe he grew a beard". I give you an A for effort, but let's be honest that is a hiking trail that people try to ride bikes on. There are some trails that just aren't fun or smart to ride on a bike, unless you like replacing derailleurs and front teeth.
