@One Depends on how well Kisame is prepared. If he is fully aware and careful fighting Itachi, he would definitely be difficult to take down. A Soosanoo wouldn't be the best idea either since Samehada could easily absorb it, considering how quickly it absorbed the eight tails' chakra. I agree that Itachi would win, but I doubt it would be easy in an all out battle.

I know this is super late but those crows can actually be summoned to forge together to become a crow clone, hence why whenever the clone is damaged in any way it can disperse back into its original flock of crow state. The clone can also use genjutsu. Itachi’s genjutsu often has crows in the said illusions.
