do some research about it, the halloween in itaewon isnt a party with organizers, its a tradition more of sorts, people come from all places to gather in that spot because its the only place in korea which celebrates halloween, every year it gets crowded like that, but this year the streets had flyers all over the floor, so if someone tripped, it created a domino effect

halloween started as a tradition to scare such spirits away in some places, but it became a tradition of celebrating pop culture, not everyone is religious and believes in religion, dont include personal beliefs in such tragedies, real people died there, mothers cried while having to look for their deceased childs lost objects, this is more scary than any ghost bullshit.
