1 Cup=250ml/250gm
For Making Donuts dough
Maida- 2 1/2 Cup
Sugar Powder- 1/4 Cup
Baking Soda- 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Ghee- 2 tbsp
Curd- 2 tbsp
Milk- 1/2 Cup
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Milk- as required (for kneeding)
Ghee- 1/2 tsp(at last)
Oil- For Frying
Optionals for Decorating,
Dark Chocolate- 1 Cup(grated)
White Chocolate- 1 Cup(grated)
Sugar Sprinkkes- as required
