Ok, so - most of these guys who do the face and head massages - they look so bored (looking out the window, checking their hair in the mirror, chatting up the dude 10 feet away) - but this guy - payed attention to what he was doing. Chin and neck are the most difficult areas to shave without getting ingrown hairs. Always follow the direction of you grain/hair growth, never go against the grain
