I'm acquiring Italian by listening to speech. This channel is my favourite for this function. I also study Italian using books and apps but that kind of study does nothing for listening comprehension. I can read, speak and write Italian all day but understanding other people's speech is an entirely different thing.

Ciao! Sto imparando l'Italiano al momento anche e io penso che io posso rispondere alla tua domanda! When you are talking about someone in the single form such as 'you' when referring to only one person, you use 'hai' so 'do you have this shirt' would be 'hai questa camicia' whereas when you are speaking to more than one person, you change the word usually add 'ete', 'ite' or 'ate' on the end and so 'do you have this shirt?' becomes 'avete questa camicia?' as the shop is obviously greater than just one person. Also, 'ha' usually refers to he/ she/ it has. hope that helped!
