What are some of the sources you use for the Scottish knife/skein/dirk fighting?

Unfortunately there are only little sources on the use of the Dirk. One example is Archibald MacGregor´s Lecture on the Art of Defence. We also use some pictures and texts from the period. Most of the stuff we do with the Dirk is educated-guess, but basing on the little we know and combined with the attributes of the original weapons, how it was carried etc.
