Chao you are so right this new generation of our Italian children dont care to keep our old traditions going. Lol I loved my Nona she was the best Italian cook to me. She used to be a cook in restaurants in the olden days. And she passed her recipes and great tradition to pass on to me. God bless you and thank you for sharing this. ❤
