The only copy of Divan-u Lügati't-Türk, the oldest known dictionary of Turkish, was found here by chance. In the past, when there was no time to access information with a click, it is a place that smells of old books, where people who are interested in learning and exploring other worlds meet. Now, it is a place where exam preparation books turn the desire to explore into a concern for the future, with the necessity of the education system. Oh, and books for tourists.

Turşu; sebzelerin sirke v/veya limonlu suda bekletilmiş halidir. Bol tuz sarımsak , limon , sirkede bekletilir. Bazen şeker pancarının da turşusu olur o kırmızı renk, pancardan oluyor

Hey Armando, that pickel juice is not common to the fish sandwich. Actually in the wintertime after meal to have. The mussels are quite tasty but you tried first the spicy pickle juice and ruined your palate. Greetings from Germany and have fun my friend.

Bosphorus bridge in Armando Ortaköy You should eat Kumpir with a view And then go to the Asian side by boat or ferry, first go to the Maiden's Tower, then Camlica Mosque and Camlica Tower to watch the Bosphorus view in the evening. There is a perfect view
