I'm from Rome, I'm writing this because I don't want people to think I'm from Umbria and I speak well of it because of this. People abroad have no idea how beautiful this region is (there is not a town, not a village in Umbria who is not beautiful), not to mention you're close to Rome and Florence and, even if you don't have the sea, you can go to the Tyrrhenian or Adriatic in an hour's drive (or a little more). I don't deal with real estate, it's not my job, but I'm pretty sure that a property like this in Tuscany would cost three times as much just for being in that region (the video's author can tell if I'm lying, if I'm wrong, I don't think it's by much); anyway Umbria for landscape, history, culture, food etc, it has nothing to envy from Tuscany. 🍺

We agree - we came to live by lake Trasimeno because we travelled the length and breadth of the country in search of our forever home. We could have lived anywhere in the world and when we found Lago Trasimeno we knew this was THE place… All we say the ‘slow life’ that Umbria is famous for is good for the Soul

Hello Nick, As usual, I am smiling before you even begin this tour. Your happiness is so contagious! Thank you because I already know I am going to enjoy this so much! This garden is so green. It is like a park! OOOOOH I love that ceiling!!!! gorgeous kitchen. Oh those vaulted ceilings....and outside well landscaped and the view from the terrace.....OMGoodness! Yes, the mark on fireplace does look Saxon, Nick! That type of mark can symbolize partnership or joining. The bedroom ceiling is exquisite!!! The bedroom is spacious and with a fireplace too. I am laughing now and giggling, the 3rd bedroom is sooo beautiful and love those beams!!!! And the 4th bedroom up those stairs, how magical! The millstone is a feature!
