Beautifully done modern casa by 2 male owners ...but a female needs closets. (So remember that ,in future)😊 Nice pool.loved the fact its very secluded.. Leave the chicken coop -->>as a storage, garage, workspace... Nice steel gate...hopefully casa has a back up generator, jackery for when the power goes off...nice olive trees, for ur own personal gold oil...bellismo on the stone walls...but i think it needs ALOT of feminine touches.(sorry gentlemen)😊 Ciao enjoy ur wk-end.. this is a very well done property :) if you prefer the modern style then easily this place is your cup of tea - it really is beautiful! the finishes are just lovely and the spaces just flow from one to the other. the grounds are wonderful as well. you bring great variety to the channel, nick! lots of lovely to see on your tours :) :) :) i hope it is going well with getting your own personal italian abode done! always so many details!! it's work, but i look forward to seeing your "labor of love" whenever you can get it completed!

Ciao Nick, I am not a modern person, but... ya got me with this one, I really do like it. The pool and the grounds are just beautiful. I think for me I would leave the annex as a storage area, I would put dome nice doors on it and leave it as such. I fell off my perch again with the price, I think it's excellent. I do like the modern design, but the price made me gasp. I expected maybe half a million. I'm still madly in love with the wabisabi apartment in Arezzo. I just looked up that video, and it still is not sold. I think the three flights of stairs to it might be a bit of an impediment plus the unique style.
