You can try to look for how lefty handle the pen and positioning the paper in calligraphy. Also one of my friends told me sometimes it is easier for lefty to make the strokes in reverse, means from bottom to the top. Maybe it will help.

@@auroraborealis2442 If you turn the page 90 degrees and write vertically, a lefty can use the same nib and grip as righties.
