As an Italian who has watched every single tournament, qualifying and friendly game since 2006...i can honestly say this is the worst team and performance seen ever, by far. This job isn't for spalletti. You can't put players in the wrong position, play players who have been below average and change formation every game, and expect to win. as well as the players playing without any heart. Fundamental change is needed. The talent is there with the u17 and u19 winning the euros. Now is the time to implement, development and get them playing top football ready for 2 years time.

Spain smacked Italy for 95 mins. The fact it wasn't 5-0 was due to the keeper. They have not played well the whole tournament and that carried through to the knockouts. Similar to England and if England carry on like they have the Swiss will dismantle them. Italy a team you can never discount were just not good enough rhis time. All big teams go through this like Spain after the incredible run from 2008 to 2012. Can't always produce an incredible group of players. Italy are a big football nation and other talents will come again for sure. Like France, Germany, Spain and well England also although with the players they have, they are performing terribly. Still with the sraw they have they can still do something if they up their game. For me Spain and Germany are the two stand out teams but France have a ridiculous swuad and cannot be discounted if they start firing.

Like I said in the last video where Gab was predicting Italys future success at these Euros: the jersey players wear is not a determining factor in the outcome of a match. The so called group of death turned out to be an easy group for Spain since everybody else in it was super weak. I believe the same result would have happened had Croatia gotten thru or Albania instead of Italy.
