Italy Food Tour: Lemon Groves, Olive Oil, How to make Cheese & Pizza

In May 2019 we visited Massa Lubrense, an area in South Italy near Sorrento & Naples. We took the 5 hour "Agriturismo il Turuziello Enogastronomic Tour" that's run by local guides: Klaudia, Benedetto and Lucio.
This food tour is found in the little farming village of Schiazzano and the tour included:
a lemon grove tour and explanation of how lemons are grown, farmed & cultivated on an Italian farm. The Sorrento Lemon tour also included tasting:
Lemon Marmalade
Lemonaid / lemonade
limoncello (including instructions of how to make your own)
an olive grove tour and small lecture teaching about olive crop farming, harvesting, and how the olives are made into olive oil.
This olive oil manufacturing bit was accompanied with tastings of different flavored olive oils, with olive oils infused with basil, lemon, oregano, rosemary, chili / chilli and oranges.
a cheese making demonstration: Benedetto the "Cheese man" took us to his family's dairy farm where he showed us how to make cheese including soft white cheeses like caciottine and ricotta, and firmer cheeses like Fior di Latte mozzarella, aged caciocavallo cheese, and Provolone del Monaco matured cheese. Taste samples were given of these too. I've included Benedetto's explanations of how he makes cheese using milk, enzymes, curds and whey.
Pizza-making: After being shown around the dairy farm, we were driven on tiny red "ferrari" 3-wheeled cars (I think these three wheel cars may be "Piaggio Ape" [the retro Ape Calessino model or Ape RR] or Piaggio VespaCar, aka "TriVespa" vehicles, based on a vespa scooter) to a local restaurant & pizzeria, Ristorante da Francesco, where we donned some white gloves and had a go at making pizza the Italian way, after a quick demo of pizza dough making by the chef.
