This time, I made Penne Arrabiata using canned tomatoes.
Octopus and tomato sauce go well together.
The sauce can be made spicy to your liking by adjusting the amount of red hot peppers, so even those who are weak in spicy can make it delicious.
It goes well with chilled white wine!
▷ ingredients(2-3 servings)
300g penne
300g octopus
1/2 head of garlic
15-20 seedless black olives
1 canned tomatoes
half a can of water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 red hot peppers
about 2g salt
coarse ground black pepper to taste
▷ recipe
1. Cut octopus into bite size.
2. Mince the garlic.
3. Put olive oil in a frying pan and fry garlic lightly.
4. When the scent rises, divide the two red hot peppers in half and add.
5. Add the octopus and black olives and fry.
6. Put one canned tomatoes and fill with about half a can of water.
7. Add the about 2g salt and coarse ground black pepper to adjust the taste.
8. Boil the penne 1 minute shorter than usual.
Salt is about 1% of water.
(If you boil it and mix it with a little olive oil, it will be less sticky.)
9. Reheat the sauce and add the penne.
10. Finished put it on a plate!
