Depends on your university but to be on safe side apostile krwa lein... Apostilation just started this year for Pakistan so universities don't know about it. Only few recommend but it's good to apostile all your documents.

Depends on your scholarship, ask the relevant authority on email they will let you know. A lot of people got scholarship amount while they were in Pakistan. But now universities are not doing that. After enrollment they start giving money.

Dear you don't need to contact me but apply for changing in father's name at your educational board. They will do the process in One month may be. For BISE FAISALABAD, they did my process in 21 days to a month.

You can submit your enrollment on their student portal. In upcoming days they will send you the credentials. Visa process is not associated with enrollment at Padua.
