OMG, I literally had same thing happen to me to my retainers, except I was silly and left them at the restaurant!! Also went around 12 days without them, they moved slightly the front of my teeth but when I got home I put the spare in and just wore it’s day and night for few days and they went back to what they were. I could tell they moved slightly but no one else could! I feel your pain and stress, I was stress as well the last 12 days but they will be okay ❤
