The transition from seeing no one on the road to seeing everyone on the road is tough. I live in rural Colorado. When I go to Denver or Colorado Springs the tension ALWAYS ratchets up. Instead of the possibility of one person pulling in front of you there are a multitude of people that can/will do that. Everybody is in a hurry. I suggest we all try to slow down a bit. Double check that mirror. Enjoy life, protect life. Live to ride. Zimbabwe is pretty awesome. I hear the ride from Patagonia to Alaska is pretty awesome too. Still thinking of the day you return to SA to finish that ride. The balancing rocks were pretty cool, Noraly! 😎 I enjoyed the drone shots, once again.

Kind of you to give Ishmael a ride. Sometimes we forget what it's like to have to get from place to place the "old fashion way" when we are fortunate to have our own vehicle or access to mass transit. That said he will probably be better off in the long run as it may add years to his life. I know what you mean about "city riding". It's a chore dealing with all the competition for space and being aware of road surface conditions like steel utility covers, painted asphalt, or patches of road stained with oil leaks. If it rains it just adds to the fun. Riding in the countryside puts a grin on my chin. ;^) Great drone footage of the stone phenomena . . ..
