@Osirus I'm having difficulty with the 2× item set up. You said the one for 2 Gold Bottle Caps which also triggers the double item bonus should be June 1st 2024 at 2:20:35pm, but I've tried this multiple times with various different delays just in case (I don't have a PC so I can't use the seed checker) and I'm either getting 16 Dragon Shards, 15 Electric Shards, 2 Lucky Eggs or a Spell Tag. Are you absolutely sure you got that one right? Everything else that I've tried in the video works, it's just this one thing that seems to not be right

​@@Link-rd1kjI have heard that you can manipulate specific outbreak typing for Pokemon, but not for specific Pokemon. If I remember correctly, if say you make a sandwich recipe that is for Normal types then change the date ahead, the outbreaks should all be normal type Pokemon.

Just a tip for people who want to farm this like crazy, you can get easy happiny dust, which is one of the best materials to print items: go to the North east of the fairy star crew base and make a lv2 normal encounter sandwich. Then just auto battle all chansey/blissey for 30 min and you should get to 999 happiny dust.

I have a combo for getting 28 ability patches for 33 BP I want to share. The date is 2034-11-26 01:26:08. You do 1 print job (3BP) and get 18 poison tera shards. This should trigger the x2 item bonus. Then immediately, without leaving the printer menu, do a print job of 5 (15BP). You should get 12 ability patches and still be left with 5 print jobs with the x2 bonus. Leave the printer an talk to the npc again (your normal setup) and input the date: 2000-05-12 22:59:28 Do another print job of 5 (15BP) and you should get 16 ability patches. I hope this is helpful. I'm doing the Master Ball prints, but I can't get Master Balls! I can set up the Lotto easily, but the delay in seconds is difficult. I have a Switch lite, so it should be a 2 second delay, I press A at 12 seconds (delay for Master Ball is 14 seconds) and all I get is a Love Ball Edit: I FIGURED IT OUT, IT'S 1.5 SECOND DELAY, NOT 2 SECONDS

Welp, as much as this greatly devalues the rare items trade value wise, at least I'm super happy knowing I can chuck as much balls as I want without the fear of never getting that rare ball again! The other day actually I spent 13 Beast Balls trying to catch a wild shiny Venomoth. I was like "HAHA! JOKE'S ON YOU, I CAN KEEP REPRINTING MORE MO-FO!" 😂

You can save before battling a shiny, throw your ball, and reset if it breaks out. The shiny Pokemon will still be there after you reload your game.

In my opinion…if anyone says “RNG manipulation is cheating”, then by extension of that logic, one is cheating from the very beginning of normal game play. 😂 If it’s built-into the very fabric of the game’s mode of operation, then it is not cheating. It’s not even really “manipulating” to the extent that implies guilt or “acting with malicious intentions”. I’d call it a sub-category of ‘strategic gameplay’, or ‘inherently-influenced gameplay’. These strategies have been around since the very dawn of video gaming. It’s no different to getting an answer on a test correct because the question was inherently incorrect or there was a misprint or omission on the test itself. If it’s outside one’s choosing or control, then it’s not cheating. The act of ‘Cheating’ involves one’s willingness of choice and control via a means that is external to the conditions set unto one.

You might want to update your video because some time slots are wrong and I tried with and without 2x lotto to get certain Pokeballs. The only x5 Pokeballs I can get without a problem are the Level Ball, Heavy Ball, Friend Ball, and Moon Ball. I'll say that the spreadsheet is still helpful as of July 13th, 2024.

Most of the important ones like the bonus, and also ability patches work fine with my normal switch digital copy. Try do several with early or later presses to really get the black screen on the exact second.

I've gotta ask now, is it better to farm a high sell value item and buy vitamins, or farm the vitamins from the printer? I assume the sell items, and if so, what's the best value per BP? Is it still just Ability Patches, or is there another item that gets you more money for the same/less BP?

Farm ability patches and sell them to buy vitamins. You get way more vitamins that way than what the item printer will give you, even with a x2 item bonus.

He's from the UK so the date format is different. You need to match the date and time while pressing "OK" on the Switch. Be sure to press that and start your stop watch at the same time.

Does anyone have a time/date for regular bottle caps NOT GOLD. Sounds silly but for trickroom Pokémon or for Pokémon that you don’t want to take foul play damage you need regular bottle caps

Just farm ability patches, sell them, and buy all the bottle caps you need. This trick is best used to get rare items, not something easily bought from a shop. It's a lot of work to setup and the amount of bottle caps you'll get, even with 2x bonus isn't worth it.

When i saw this popping up in my notification feed i was laughing my ass off. This came too late for me. I've already abused the printer to the point where i have max money. My treasure tab is still filled with tons of items. I don't even know what to do with the money. I have max vitamins of each type because of the printer and farming 7 star raids. I have hundreds of pokeballs. And i still have 10 000 BP left. I haven't used the item printer for over a month now because my bag is overfilled with items.
