Well the most frustrating part is to there grind gear at the next level. I am pre farming I2 for these things. I would like to see a way of crafting socks on green gear and/or a method of transferring magic effects similar to cursed effects or legendary essence. The only good news is PvE is fairly easy without all this optimization

100% we'll always be going up and up in difficulty, and we'll HAVE TO swap those slots, at least for better CR, in some circumstances. There's already too much going on in that game to be focusing on such things IMO. That first solution is what pretty much everyone agrees. With so much RNG in the game, it's just a hassle to stay in the game, some people preferred to use their game time with fewer but much more palpable things, and let the RNG of these extras off. They could put in a system where we could use extra resources like the extra legendary shards we're pilling up to reroll atributes, or some sort of CR swap. I feel you fell on that few select people that try so very hard for the 'perfection' in this game that you'll 'waste time' on things that can be somewhat important, but in the bigger scope, you'll look back and see how much time invested you could use on other things :P . Time is precious, more than money, no?

Im a sader so cooldown on greens & beneficial effect duration on chest & pants is highly important, i think with all the new affix in the game is why the runes that give effect duration were implemented to use those w/o losing it on a new piece of gear, although for me i want on both still

whoever planning di stuff to develop and release have never ever played any grinding rpgs in his entire life (or his experience ended with diablo 1 or 2)

It really looks like these new affixes were meant exclusively for the new PvE game modes and somehow bugged to drop in all game modes. Heli, OW, tower, everywhere. I will add I have a few clan mates farming specific affixes for their class. Only reason I mention it is because these are extreme minmaxer's. The kind that figure out the math driving this stuff.

To be honest the best magic affixes are Beneficial Effect, Skill Cooldown and Movement Speed because you can feel them unlike others. I still using my two Vitus set bracelets from Hell 3 tier because I crafted like a fucking hundred pieces but nothing comes out Beneficial Effect or Skill Cooldown I want and so it would also affect my combat rating. I'm currently at 36113. I should get around 37Ks if I equip some higher gears. Probably the best thing now is getting your Exceptional Gear from using 10 Terror Essences weekly. I got two pieces now helm and shoulder since release and yeah both got Skill Cooldown at least.

Agreed, they lost their way in this new era of updates of legendary items. It is impossible to get good stuff that you want.

I agree. Also, I’m glad to see you prioritize magic attributes lately. In the past, you have prioritized your favorite primary attributes instead, and if you calculate how much secondaries/life/damage those give, you’ll find that the impact of an extra gem socket or the right magic attributes is generally much higher.

What annoys me is that I have to constantly improve my armory and maintain each build. you have reached another lvl 4 so you need to update the mastery now with each saved armory set. I play tempest. for pvp I have shield items from Flowing Strike. for raids items for Stormfury. to farm items for Rolling Surf. plus green sets. others for melee pvp, others for ranged pvp. others for raids and others for farming... there's a lot of it. so when I find an item, I have to click through all the sets again to update them. this is really weak.

Yes, adding shards would greatly benefit everyone. Theres so many pieces of gear that end up being trash due to the magic affixes.

Why anyone talk about drop greens on dung? Drop its fuking suck and quality too. Every time when drop 3stat it's not only from my set, but also with willpower and 2 sockets🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

This is what happens when you patches with patches on top of patches. No global vision, no plan on what would make the game great. I just don't bother with affixes, I just use what I have.

We have not been in inf1 for 100 paragon. Nobody pre-farmed it because it was released late. We are at server paeagon level 350. So 50 paragon. But yeah, they made a shitmess out of trying to get specific magic.

100% on the $$ this video , im still rocking last dificulty pvp greens. and as of legendaries, been trying to get 4/4 Flowing strike shield magic to no luck :( , and we are like 3 weeks away from next dificulty

It's basically just a way to get people to farm and trade runes. I think they're hoping runes will become a kind of crafting system. Everything is so halfassed and uninspired in this game though.

Start prefarm asap . Once u hit that wall no escape from it . Prefarm everything not only dungeons.

I can't synthesize runes. All my runes are labeled as B@@@WWWW when I visit the blacksmith. I've tried everything even reinstalling the game. Nothing works. Can't progress on my Hero's journey achievement because of this bug.

Those are the only pants you use daily? Pve and pvp? So the higher tier resonance you have the more combat rating you can sacrifice? Im also half your resonance @ 2468, magic attributes are helpful, but i always chase CR, and stats. Once in a new difficult ( h2~ h3, H3~ Inferno 1) for a few weeks you hit CR cap for gear, and that's when i usually make a sacrifice for magic attributes over CR and a little on stats. But most of the time i get a huge upgrade at the beginning of a new difficulty, and go sometimes almost 40-80 paragon before i get another good triple drop( CR, stats, and Magic). Im commenting because you're taking a 100+ CR sacrifice for beneficial effects %, imo its not worth the loss of dmg from the loss in CR. For 6% beneficial effects on 1 piece. Dang thats confusing lol. My pants are currently @ 1941 CR with 6% beneficial effect, my current paragon is 347, pants dropped @327, i solod inferno 2 on Monday, so i just need to hustle 53 paragon and i should get new pants at 400 paragon. I also have low ranks on most gear as i dont "lazy farm" for scrap, my pants are currently at rank 19, so if i had rank 30 my CR on pants would be even higher than current 1941. Sorry if im blabbering, just trying to get a better understanding, from your point of view.

On a side note: What I find really boring with this game is the blue and yellow items. 101% useless, just a mechanic for us to click on the blacksmith. In D2 you had a chance to find a blue or even grey item that had higher damage than a legendary; with you could craft incredible gear. You know what I mean, it's impossible to have fun knowing whatever you find will be obsolete next week.

absolutely. Blue and yellow gear bring absolutely zero value to this game except to add chore. I also remember using a blue item in D2 (a lance) that had higher damage than unique items, and it was glorious

Legendary and Set Gear is a total mess. The overwhelming majority of gear turns out to be little more than salvage material. 8-player Helliquary runs used to be fairly reliable but no longer. Terror Rifts and Hellslayer Bounties are abysmal, i.e., all but a waste of time. Dungeons are no better. All in all, Diablo Immortal seems hardly worth the effort at this point.
