Being able to point your zapper at an existing wall and go "what colour is this?" and buy some more of that paint is going to be so helpful! I really enjoyed House Flipper so I can't wait to see all the little improvements you have clearly put so much work into. Not long now!

I'm so glad you can copy paint colors! 😭 I can't begin to say how much money I've spent in House Flipper 1 buying paint I thought matched existing walls only for it to be wrong... and then repeat until I found the right one.

This looks like there will be so many quality of life improvements over the original House Flipper, I'm really excited to play it and see all the new stuff! If there is a pet or farm animal DLC in the future, please look at the loading times if a player has a lot of animals. The most disappointing thing in the original House Flipper to me was when I spent a while saving up for and decorating a huge house to fit many animals, then found out the loading times were awful with too many animals, and had to put most of them into the pet hotel or face literal 5+ minute loading screens when going between jobs and my home.

I have been looking forward to House Flipper 2 for a long time. I just played House Flipper 1 for maybe 2 months when I had free time between work and school and it was a great game that is really outside of what I normally play. Everything I've seen so far for House Flipper 2 is a just miles ahead from the first one and the tools all seem to be effortless to use and there's plenty of incredibly useful new features. You guys seem to have outdone yourselves and I can't wait to pick it up in December.

You guys have a very good taste. Super happy about the minimal, modern, Designer stuff. 🎉 But one thing is still hard to swallow: no more workshop items. The game is done for me, if it's not givin me always something new over the time. Did we end up like "The Sims" with 15 new items in a overpriced dlc? There's a reason for everything. They may not be doing the workshop itself anymore, but the reasons for this makes sense. They want to include all platforms, not just PC. Workshop does not allow for this. They want to include a highly requested feature, to be able to share the created houses. Whether that's to just show off or have been as an additional challenge of having to clean it or whatever tasks the creator decided to apply. Workshop will never allow for this. They found a solution, so this can be done, and more players can be involved. There's nothing wrong with that.

I knew that before. Thanks. But it's not in my interrest. I play that game because i pay for it and don't want to get bored after six weeks. That's it. And I talked about MY wishes. I don't have to make everybody happy! Workshop is a main thing for many people and, for sure, it was the reason, why HF1 surfived that long.

In the future, we will be trying to work towards improved modability with Mod.io. Crossplatform features are important to us.

So excited to play this game! Even with the pieces of furniture that currently have super limited variations (such as the crib), the improved furniture texturing and customization makes up for it and will allow for far more unique looking houses, even really early on in the game's release.

Yup, a single item can be customized in many ways! There are color and material variations, usually also model variations, and above all that you can be 100% sure that we will be delivering free content updates to improve the variety even more 🤗

The store was one of the things I did not like in the demo, so I'm glad to see a more fleshed out version. This look so much better and interesting. Question: Will there be any flower pots already with a plant in them or do we have to make them ourselves each time? If we have to make them each time, is there any way to save them in the store for use on other properties?

Thank you! We received a lot of suggestioms after the demo so we could improve some of our features based on that. We're extremely grateful for the community feedback. Regarding the flower pots, you have to buy the plant and the pot seperately each time, but you will be able to add certain items to your favourites for easier access! 😊

I've had a couple things I was curious about relating to patterns in the game: When using the patterns in the demo, some of the tile sizing was way too large to look good on certain items and also that some patterns did not have a correct angle on certain items. For example, there was one pattern in the demo, I think it was some animal pattern that, when placed on beds, was upside-down. I was wondering if there will be a feature that will allow you to scale or rotate patterns. Also, I was wondering, in the future, will there ever be a way to add your own patterns via modding/steam workshop?

I have a non-shop question, in HF1 we got to pick our jobs on a laptop, in HF2 Demo we got a call, in the full game how do we pick or get our jobs?

I love House Flipper, it is however built with Euro standards though, US houses are a bit hollow, mostly wood and plaster, we don't go with bricks for interior walls normally.
