Close the lead and put the water container submerged in water. You will see where the leak is.

The effect on a room is not significant. This is personal device. Speaking of cooling effect I was able to Masure 2-3 degree Celsius less 10 cm of the fan. I used a simple home thermometer so it may be not accurate but there is a drop in the temperature. Filling it with ice (the more the better) and put in with in a range of UpTo a meter near you definitely has the adge compering to a fan. Experiencing temperature over 35 degrees in the desert I'm guessing it won't keep up but I still prefer it over a normal fan.

How long will it last if i used full blast setting with 2000 mAh power bank?

I never use it full blast it works the best up to 60 procent so it cools the air better. And it's to strong anyway if you close to it. With a 2000 MHA power bank not for long i assume an hour. But 10000-20000 MHA power bank is pretty common today.

3 degrees less than room temperature it depends on how much ice u put inside. 3 degrees doesn't sound much but the wind and the moisture really helps to reduce the heat when it blows directly to you.

The humidity will be insane! it is a lot simpler to freeze 2 litter bottle of water and keep in near you!

I'm very sensitive to humidity it doesn't spray water at all, Just the normal evaporation. I tried to put put 2 frozen bottles in front of a fun. 1. It blocks the air. 2 after 15 minutes you have water all over. 3. The air isn't in a box so doesn't cool fast enough. I did took a sponge made a lot of holes and freeze it wet. Then it put it with a small fun in a box and it worked! But I prefer to throw some ice and water in this device container and forget it for the next 2 hours then fill some more ice. The reason this device works, is the fact that the filter inside have a lot of contact surface with the air.

Humidity is not a problem with this air cooler. It does a perfect job. But keep in mind, its only a personal cooler and dont expect it to cool the entire room.

After owning it for 3 years still used it yesterday 31 degrees out . just put big ice pack inside 25% speed gives a cool breeze. Not an air conditioner but certainly personal cooler.
