Me too! My MIL was a sweet wonderful woman who was also an abuse victim but helped me and my kids get away. I pleaded with her to come with us but she insisted that staying might allow her to protect us.😢

Glad you found the strength to get out of an abusive marriage. The first step is always the hardest but you got stronger with the next step and so on. You are free and have the courage of a lion and the world is your oyster. You are a survivor. Stay strong Xx I also hope that your MIL will someday find the strength to walk away.

Ohhh she is an angel, yes i mean she IS❤️ My MIL is also very nice, but quite fragile. Her husband takes care of her, and in need, caretakers can come home to them if it’s too much for him (caretaking and home nursing is free in my country). She’s the sweetest thing ❤️ Once me and hubby almost split up, just a big fight, and when he told her, she cried, almost bawled her eyes out 🥺 It almost makes me cry just thinking about it, she could not stand it. She loves us both so much. Well, we didn’t spilt up anyway, better than ever 🤗❤️

Augh my heart. I wasn't expecting Samantha saying farewell to Lola would be so heartfelt all of a sudden; I thought they'd run away together and be a nice little surrogate family together.

Not remembering they've eaten is a common effect of having dementia. My favourite working years were as a homecarer.

I think they do that to stimulate them being all in the same place so we’re still get at least some kind of interaction. They’ve done similar things before, like with the letter from the deceased fiancé three years after he dies, so this doesn’t surprise me. What I WISH they would do is signify that in a different style compared to the actual texting so it makes more sense.

@georgiegal67459 ай бұрын
I heard "We brought our baby" and I yelled out "I knew it!" Lmao Although, I am hoping to hear it wasn't his after all. Cuz that'd be awesome. Then when Holly said "We need your approval!" I was like "Approval must mean "Money" in the sk*nk language."

After being separated for a year and a day, they can easily divorce.
@akehapkap61439 ай бұрын
I think it depends on the country. In my country nobody can deny divorce. They also will have to part assets according to law. There is no such thing as alimony or getting paid for emotional distress. You will, however, have to pay child support but rules are even. You cannot let a minor child out of your life. Also, in my country you can’t deny children heritage. They are obligated to inherit at least 2/3 of assets. So this is probably a mix of things, the story is still very good, remember it’s fiction.
