WOW! I have actually had to participate in major incident calls but didn't have a clue as to the process. You have made this very clear to me! I was always nervous on the calls because I didn't understand the process. I was always intimidated when I had to jump on those calls. Thanks to you, I now know the process and where I would function within that butterfly effect. Thank you!

Hey Syed Bro, i have been exploring so many videos on ITSM/ITIL on YT & must say the zeal, clarity and passion with which you explained the nitty gritties of IM in your video is just fantastic. I myself have been working in IT industry since almost 17yrs and still continue to thrive for better roles in this ever growing industry. Nice video, you gave practical inputs and real time scenario in Incident Management process. As a Windows admin, i understand communication is the key in Bridge calls. Updating the incident logs with our findings and next course of action are essential to avoid escalation.

Hi Syed, the butterfly effect is from a movie called The Butterfly Effect from 2004 where as small events in the past cause huge upheaval in the current. It's a great movie to understand everything affects everything especially in IT.

Absolutely . Hence the reason of making this video on butterfly. So MIMS can ask a basic question to each technology about any changes in their environment that has attributed to the incident caused.

Hi Anees, Ticket is nothing but a record that you document it on the tool. Any incident, Problem and change will have Tickets raised to be worked upon. At the end of Month/Quarter/year stats can be shown of how many incident tickets priority wise and Problem/Change tickets have been worked by Service Management team. Hope its clear. There will be different tools for Ticketing system like TSM / Service Now/ Siebel/ One View etc...

Namaste ITSM is a very broad field and some of the popular frameworks are a) ITIL 4.0 b) MOF 4.0 c) COBIT 2019 d) TOGAF 10 th Edition e) FITSM f) Lean IT g) SRE Any individual who is into service delivery would benefit by exploring all the frameworks and adopting a fusion of multiple frameworks , taking the best of each for the particular implementation For instance for a small scale operation, ITIL 4 may be resource intensive and thus a mix of ITIL 4 and Lean may work better Thanks
