@CnoSez you can use an ITIN to start a business but you will have to meet other requirements from IRS. There’s a number to a helpline to contact the IRS for assistance in the video. Best wishes with your business venture!

Hello! I hope you can help me answer my question! 🙏🏻 I have my dad here in Missouri and he is currently receiving dyalisis for kidney failure.. but the hospital is asking for an ITEN number but he is illegal and not working right now. What can I do? Because they aren't wanting to keep the dyalisis going without that number.

Non-Immigrant can’t open a company without an EIN and so they need an ITiN. But you can’t get an ITIN if you do not file taxes. So how do you file tax when you can’t open an account because you can’t have an ITIN

I am a new business ( ecommerce - online store) and recently registered as a single-member LLC in Florida. I need the ITIN right now for my Paypal. However, the ITIN application needs a federal tax return along with the W7 that I have no clue about as I am a new business. I read online that those who have an LLC would qualify as an exception. HOwever, I don't see in the W7 instructions document, so I am confused about what to include in the application other than W7 and my identification document as I don't have a federal tax return document. Do they need LLC articles of association? If that is the case, my LLC has an erroneous address, and I have submitted an amendment to match the correct address on my EIN. So would W7, identity (passport),articles of association,, EIN with correct address, amendment document that I have submitted for the correction of address be the correct documentation?

What if i am working illegal and i have no work permit neither ssn , and i got paid by cheques !! Can i apply for ITIN ?

I was also illegal here in the US. My petition has been approved but i was already overage so that didn't count. What i did was, i seek for a lawyer's advice and i was told to find an employer that is willing to sponsor me for working visa. And my lawyer converted that working visa to green card. I was the one who shouldered all the expenses. And i got my green card last march 2022. If i were u get an ITIN first. So the the government will not think that u are a burden to them. And find an employer who can give u a sponsorship. Now i'm using an SSN and will apply for citizenship after 5 years

@@ramlee23 hi rammy. if i remember correctly, i paid my lawyer roughly $9,000 because my mom petitioned me. but that will take a lot of years for u to become legal here. so instead, i looked for an employer who's willing to give me a working visa. so i paid him again. maybe around $11,000. so all in all, that was $20k. but i'm not really sure. aside from that, u will have a medical and u will pay another dollars. so if i were u, just look for an employer who's willing to give sponsorship
