I know how this feels.. I had gone through the same thing and I didn't have an idea about it. the first time I had a panic attack my parents was not home.. but when I was in the breaking point I was holding my mobile in my hand but I just couldn't call my mom.. then after few minutes I called her and just said that please come back.. She was like what's the matter but I just said that please come back I don't know what's happening with me.. She said you hold on be there and my parents reached home in half an hour..
