Hi, the touch screen you need to change it when the glass is shattered very badly. and the glass only replacement you can do if the glass is not damaged very badly. Every situation is different so you need to evaluate at the moment.

Hi, yes there is, it’s the same method as in the iPhones LCD replacement which is the OCA and you don’t need a UV lamp, but you will need a vacuum machine so it can remove all the bubbles.
