ITR Filing by Legal Heir for decease person

very useful....but sir they sendng otp on mobile and email id to verify of the decease person who is allready dead how could we know there email id??

Very useful. Thanks for sharing. My request to register myself as legal heir is approved by ITD. But I can't see the option to login as legal heir on dashboard . Could you please guide me for This. Thanks for your support

Hi sir, How many times IT department give legal heir permission for itr filling, already last year 1st time gave the permission.

The income accrued after the demise of the deceased during the FY shall be added to the taxable income of the legal heirs or the representative?. In case there are more than 1 legal heirs, then the income so received shall be equally divided and added to the taxable income of both the legal heirs or it will be added to the income of the one who files the return? This is from the taxation aspect.

Sir deceased person's bank ac closed but there is a refund ,i filed itr by legal hier profile also but there is no bank ac shows which is legal hier ac so i filed the return with deceased person account , after processing the itr can i reissue refund request with legal hier's bank account ,it there shows or not?

@@gauravvermaadarsh Can you tell me if you can able to solve your issue? I have tried to add the bank account of legal heir under deceased person information but somehow it failed. Can you tell me if you are also facing the same issue

@@devrajdas-oh8jf aapko pahle legal hier ko login karke add representative karna hoga waha pe death certificate and legal hier proof with account no add krna hoga .Jab department approve karega uske baad legal hier ki profile se deceased ka itr file krna hai

Sir agar deceased person ki death hua hay 21 may 2023 ko or ais me 13,20,000 ki salary dikha raha hay to is case me kohi exemption milta hay ke tax ki..23-24 me to sirf 41 days hi kam kis hay...to isma salary jo dikha raha hay ...usma ha exemption milta hay kya .. plese reply 🙏
