Amen.This is why it’s important to get to know God/Yeshua himself starting with his word cause man will disappoint you NOT Jesus and those who truly don’t know him or what he’s abt will turn away and we as Christians will have to answer to that if we misrepresent him .I do feel sometimes many use this as an excuse to bash Jesus cause they don’t know him or they’re not truly ready to let God in cause he heals the broken and that’s when we’re gonna need him the most.It’s bad enough the world treats him like a joke but it’s worse when suppose to be Christians purposely misrepresent him knowing the Bible clearly speaks on that and how the false teachers will receive stricter judgement.I pray for boldness to spread his word one day cause I don’t wanna misrepresent him and his word and love.There’s too many churches watering down the Gospel and embracing “Living in your truth” cause they don’t wanna lose followers 1 Timothy 4-6 but at the end we need to ask ourselves would you rather be rejected by the world or by our Heavenly Father on judgment day

This was the right message I needed today because yesterday I was watching a KZbin video of another believer and things he said really tore me apart and I just wasn't the same all day and my own mother knew something wasn't right with me I was so down, Then I felt further apart God and I would pray. This is how I lead my future wife and sons and my children. It is relationship with Christ and not keep Priests, Preachers and such between us if they do not lead us to a close relationship with God, Christ and the Holy spirit, then they work for themselves and not for God. That is the true test do they point to God and are humble and it is not about them, but leading to God and our relationship becoming closer and better. ItsCassieBlanko....well said sister girl. I rarely hear this topic discussed. Many non believers I talk to speak of their dislike of organized religion, the rules the laws, etc...but it's about a personal relationship with a personal God through Jesus. You stated clearly that when someone loves you, as does Our Lord, one doesn't do things that would hurt them. God accepts us as we are, and as our relationship grows in Him, thereby the positive changes within us occurs. Christ is the only one who is sinless, and in Him, we "sin less!" I definitely understand and agree with your message i just wanted to clarify that word religion means set beliefs about God so it's technically incorrect to say it's not about religion but relationship with God,how can you have relationship with God without set beliefs about Him first. But again,i understand the spirit behind the message and i agree,it isn't about our works. Lot of people seem to misunderstand sin is sickness,we weren't born good and became evil that our works should matter,we were born evil,we were born sick,with sin nature. Jesus says the healthy do not need the doctor but they that are sick. I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance. The word in Greek used is metanoya meaning change of mind thus Him calling us to repentance means He's calling us to the change of mind which means we need to go from we don't need Jesus,i am good to i desperately need you Jesus,please save me and cure me.
