My theory on why Kisaki was confused when Takemichi was talking about the future is that at that time, Kisaki was in the future. Like how when Takemichi goes to the future his old self takes over. This would also explain why he was so scared of shooting Takemichi. His old slef probably went to the past to kill Emma and is now in the future leaving his past slef with to take over
