Dave those who take big pharma meds always go down hill , some1 on this comments gave sound advice (went right over your head) about seeking an alternative , change of diet + fries with olive oil which is better than rape seed/ sun flower oil as hogh in carcinigenes & hes went from ill to tip top health, i can suggest also about looking into natural remedies such as vit D , vit C. Etc. Any news of ur missing friend ? A 40 yr old from my town was found dead on a hill in glen coe ! Seems alot are experiencing sudden death from heart attacks. Urge you to seek out prof Dr Mike Yeadon on another platform im not allowed to mention on UT. Heres a clue Bee 🐝 ,chute

Very good, and welcome back. 👍 Sounds like jacking in the job was the best thing. I was also diagnosed with high colesterol, just before Covid, but couldn't get on with the tablets, so stopped taking them. But I did change my diet a bit. No more ready meals, or very rarely; only fry in olive oil, only wholemeal bread, more fresh vegetables. At the last blood test it had gone down from 6.8 t0 5.3. Still don't do enough exercise though! 😊❤
