Has anyone else isolated themselves from video game addiction? Back then, I used to spend 7-9 hours a day playing non-stop for months on end. I then realized that this is extremely unhealthy for my body health and my mental health. Raze Lighter I used to play day and night.. the lack of sleep was making moody all the time, sleepy as hell during the day, couldn't concentrate.. etc lots of bad things. Then I stopped playing so much.. slept good, even noticed my under eye dark circles started fading.. My mentality is more mature too.. it's crazy how much bad it can do to play TOO much games. I'm not saying I don't play anymore, you can't play Destiny without spending at least 2-3 hours on it lol but I definitely don't play as much as I used to and I feel great about it. Video games are fun, but too much of anything can be harmful to your body.

About the squat thing, it helps a lot to hold weights behind your head. Doing squats doesn't mean you'll get a huge ass but it can lift and define your butt. BUT working out like that will make your ass hard because you've strengthened your muscles, and nobody likes a hard ass.
