This BP has 6 more items to get than previous one: 3 more color rolls (but 5 more for free track, since they moved 2 from paid one here), UI theme, Greatsword skin and Completionist's avata, so indeed it is better even in quantity of what you get Tho i think that they could've give even more color rolls for free since i think there is 47 now, so 2-3 more could be ok + they could move some of color rolls (I think max 6 if I'm not wrong) to the free track from the paid one since on some tiers there are double rewards

It’s not possible to reach tier 85 with the free version because you only get 3 missions per week instead of 7. That’s why there are no free rewards in the higher tiers.
