Nice bike 👍. Have had an ebike (Rad Rover 5) since 2021, and pretty much only ride the [asphalt] trail at one of the local parks, hauling the bike there on a hitch-mounted bike rack designed for heavy ebikes. I don't attempt to ride the county roads as they're too dangerous. No shoulder to the roads around here, just a ditch, and far too many folks these days have their faces in their phones while driving. Will be 70 in November, and the ebike provides some nice exercise, especially if pedaling more than using the throttle. 😎

Yeah the e-bike is nice and I get with the county roads being dangerous. I would Probably only ride on my frontage road not much traffic at all, but going into town and such probably wouldn’t attempt that

Went and checked it out but since I just bought a new tractor will have to bypass on this. The tractor is going to help with my work. Bike would just be for fun.

You are like a kid on Christmas Day. It's a nice e-bike. Mike, please take the battery off the bike when you charge it to avoid a short circuit that will cause a fire. I would get a trike, but there is no place to ride bikes or trikes nearby. Enjoy it

I wouldn't suggest charging the battery while on the bike bc of all the connections that close the circuit could easily cause a fire. We own ebikes and never charge it like that.

If that's a lithium-ion battery, be careful. They've been starting fires. My neighbors lost their home when their ebike battery exploded. Google those batteries.
