Keep going!! You're doing the things, and that's what sets you apart from the vast majority of other people. The work is hard, and you're doing it and seeing the results. Congratulations :) Be so proud of yourself and keep going 💜 I started therapy this year too and have taken a lot of big steps towards my self. My biggest lesson is probably the importance of meeting myself where I am and accepting myself exactly there in order to take honest steps forward. It's ok to be where I am and who I am. God does not make mistakes.... this body, this life, this journey, these "mistakes", it's all on purpose. Happy Birthday!
