You should consider getting 1 paycheck ahead while you have that magic month check. That would make it to where your last check in any month is actually for the next month. For rent it is so great.

Since I have an emergency fund in place getting ahead in rent is not really a big concern for me. I’m concentrated in throwing money at my debt and that’s exactly what this magic month paycheck did 🙌🏽 pay off debt 💸

My rent has raised over 9% the last 2 years, if they try and raise my rent again this coming year I'm definitely going to try to negotiate it with them.
