The only ult that needs a decreased activation time is Indra’s Arrow. You can go to sleep, wake up, shower, make some breakfast and get dressed before the move finally strikes down.

Its bad enough that the attack tracking was removed but now they even made the movement speed suck. Why even use teleportation if ur not running a flag.

Reduced and removed aren't the same... now it actually takes a little more skill to catch your enemy.... Teleportation was already very good before the buff... literally one of the best non dlc jutsu

@obiwanshinobi87 No it wasn't lmfao, all it did was give you a dash and a little movement buff, They are going to nerf the tracking, I suspect it's going to be on the level of the current oboro. (If that's the case then basically u have removed the tracking) And they are reducing the movement as well, making it even worse than it was before they buffed teleportation. Attackers are suppose to be the fastest class in the game, why the fuck would u nerf one of the only things things that make us faster?

@@BreezyDylan bro.. non dlc teleportation has always been top tier...it litterally used to be season 1 meta.. people including myself have videos on it making non dlc builds... not too memtion you are literally assuming the nerf before it's even here... It's always going to be top tier non dlc jutsu

@obiwanshinobi87 That was in season 1, the beginning of the game when attacks had significantly less jutsu than they do now. How does dashing at a high pace with a slight movement buff make a move top tier🤣💀

@@BreezyDylan what part of non dlc do you not understand... I meant BEFORE THE DLC... and even after it remained top tier... either way I'm done arguing dude... There is a clear reason why it got nerfed this quickly... first of all.. you can literally blitz people if you can judge the distance ( skill issue ) you can dodge ult and most jutsu to position yourself... you know something a skilled attacker needs to know how to do... and combined with other jutsu like leaf kick it was literally the non dlc meta before they buffed allmighty push.. lie I said plenty of people have made videos on it... It's like people just want an instant win button... it got nerfed because it wasn't balanced... deal with it...
