I think this band legit changed my life. Found them during my freshman year of high school when Alchemist released and they've stuck with me and shaped what other bands I listen to. Like 80% of the bands I listen to now I found thanks to them autoplaying after a GK song. Also, Bubbly is about coping with social anxiety on a night out complete with a suger crash at the end. From The Start is about unrequited love and is a cover of a Laufey song. Summer is about picking up the little pieces of yourself after falling apart and learning to accept your flaws and all the parts of yourself you don't love. Break is about reaching your breaking point and not looking back and is theorized to be a sequel to Bubbly. Dance Class is about having a crush on someone but not wanting to interact with them unless it's the absolute perfect time. Premiere Inn is about feeling like you're living the same day over and over again. This song stems from when the band was on tour and pretty much only stayed in Premiere Inns which are all designed incredibly similar to each other.

If you are looking for more rock bands, u should totally listen to Siames! "The Wolf" and "Mr Fear" are some of their most popular songs, but the whole "Home" and "B.I.T.M" albums are such gems, totally recommended. (Great video btw!!! Love ur vibe haha)

bubbly- this song really feels like it's deteriorating as it goes on, which I feel like fits the song well. from the start- café is accurate, I dont have much to say about it. summer- I like the slow bits inbetween the "this can't be the end"s becase it feels like it could be the end of what you hold dear. break- it feels like this song is pushing you forward without you having a choice, which I feel fits the whole mental breakdown thing. then the slow part feels like you can stop and rest before going back into this madness. dance class- it feels slow, and lovey dovey. premier inn- it really gets the feeling of having the same day over and over but while you want to break out of the cycle more and more, getting more intense. then the horns feel like an extra layer added onto everything, and then the vocals are added and then it all comes to a stop and you realise, this isn;t that bad. life is great.

Incase you dont know yet, although it has been 2 weeks so i wouldve guessed yoy have. Premier Inn is a chain of hotels, the inspiration of it was how every one looked the exact same. I think this can be seen in the line "When Jenny says she's seen it all, she means from here to down the hall. And she is right in her own way". I believe that line shows that even tho shes only seen a few rooms, she might aswell have seen it all. Or this comment was a waste of time lol
