Thanks for the vid. Nicely done. It has confirmed for me both that Stihl cordless tools are great, and that I'll actually move up to the MS 220 for my site - I need just that extra power and speed for the logs on site. The 140 is just a bit too small for my needs, though it would be a good addition to the medium home section world. I'll be able to buy with confidence :-) Thanks for your work

I bought one of these some months ago and I find it brilliant for pruning … also handy for trimming branches down before they go through the chipper… obviously for the bigger jobs there are bigger version’s with chain oil warning light which is good …. 👍🪵

It showed that the saw can cut large wood. did not show how much large wood it can cut. Have not seen a video yet that showed the actual working run time. I have one and used it for 2 days trimming the trees I was going to buck for fire wood. after 2 days it still had 1.25 bars on the the battery.

It is also designed to carry on an ATV quad bike for random blow downs encountered on the trails ..out in the wilds of British Columbia , a lot of ATV riders are switching from gas saws to these electric saws

Apparently it cuts well, however in my case is very much worthless I already have the 161T, 220C and MSA300, and the 140 not even use the same AP batteries.

Stihl msa 140 c, bought in November 2020 ( in Greece) with 24 months guarantee working smoothly, until... On the 25th month (December 2022) one of the two batteries AK30 stop charging... End of February 2023 the motor was broken and stuck, common problem the service people said...Two years life, Piece of junk...
