When changing the wrap put the roll back against the idler rollers before pulling tight and tying it off, means the wrap is already taught for wrapping rather than it snatching when the arms start to rotate. Also the pull cable for releasing the old roll and then locking the top piece down should not be left hooked on the teeth, it will stretch overtime and then not be taught enough to unlock the top locking piece
@TheRobbieg20063 жыл бұрын
love this channel :-) how long does the wrap last before it starts to degrade?

I know I'm late but it's neither, it the camera having a low shutter speed making it look blurry, it's the same thing when you look at a helicopter on video and it looks like its propellers aren't moving

What is the total hectares your family farms? With the amount of top of the line equipment you run, I suspect it's significant otherwise you'd never be able to afford it all.

@johndeere1951a3 жыл бұрын
@@Itsafarminglifeforme Nice, about 880 lbs. Some big square balers have a weight read out as they spit out the back. A farmer here in New Jersey makes 1,200 pounders (544 kg) for commercial mushroom production, from about 1,000 acres.🌾🌾💚🇺🇲👍

How come you make bales and wrap them all rather than chopping it and clamping it? Surely it’d be easier and take up less yard space? Would be easier to feed also, save you having cut and unwrap each bale

Blimey that intro music was literally twice the volume of the rest of the video! Music is a very personal thing - I'd leave it out in future videos. The wrapping was great though. I'll watch a 1980's Country and Western video when I want to hear any similar music.
@FarmSimGamer3 жыл бұрын
That was drone footage and the drone does not record any audio - hence the music.
