Noah actually pointed out that there’s something there, and that basically Colby says things that he doesn’t mean, which makes sense why Noah knew Colby’s feeling toward the hickey, before Colby could really say anything. His reaction showed how he felt though. As well as his reaction when Noah told Colby that him and Carol were going on a date. He acts like it’s nothing, but his eyes always give him away.

I love their friendship too! The difference is that Carol sees Austin as just a friend and you can tell. But with Colby there’s always been a little bit more. She loves his edginess, and how he teases her in a mean/playful way. But I think she needs to find a way for him to realize what he’s missing out on. The feelings are there, but they are both slow to the trigger. They need a nudge.
