Sister Cassie how can I fast ? I just got baptized on August 11 2024 I trust god in my life I ❤ him with all my heart I realized he was always there for me but I was just another lost sheep !!! Thank god for everything .. the day I got baptized I could stop crying I was just so emotional that I realized I had found my only savior the only person forget my sins and love me much more … right know I keep reading the Bible and worship him I go church and I know one day he going change my life around with my family I have faith on him … I had to go for a walk today I just feel I was getting overwhelmed so much confusion a lot my head I have faith one day I be able to heard the hold spirit on me and much more love Jesus ❤ thank u father Amen

Try fast for 3 days 72 hours, I celebrate 2 years with the lord in september and that wad the firts fast he gave me in prayer, and I have been doing that every month, its always a blessing. During fast its important to read the bible and pray. You can ask for guidance, the holy spirit will lead you. 🙏🕊

I say start slow to begin with one meal like breakfast say 6am to 12 Do that for a few weeks then maybe 6am to 3pm for more weeks until your able to do a full day...don't run before you can walk But yes pray also and talk to God about why and what you are fasting for! 🙏🏽❤️❤️
