Mam You have written s character in single bond is 50% which is wrong because in single bond Hybridization is sp3 and s character is approx 25% and 2nd thing is you told us in this video resonance increase the frequency but I have studied in book that whenever resonance involved Frequency of C=O is reduced from 1700cm-1 to 1680cm-1 approx.

Yes you are right Due to resonance double bond charat decreses and single bond character increases due to which stretching frequency decreases Also due to decrease in s character structure of CO also decreases and which decreases CO stretching frequency
