We did the Emma Bridgewater experience a few years ago with friends from uni (we have an annual catch up with them) I made my favourite mug with my name on and little pastel hearts/stars. They have little sponge stamps that you can use to get that classic EB look. The gardens are lovely too. A dresser would really show off your EB collection!!!!

Some lovely items. My daughter took me to Emma Bridgewater in June, we did factory tour, afternoon tea and painted a plate each, it was a fab day. Enjoy 😊 x

Hi Emma the word you were looking for was “fire” in regard to painting a mug/plate. I live about ten minutes away from the Emma bridge water factory. The reason why the mugs might be classed as seconds could be that the glaze might have bubbled or the colour might be slightly different. Or even the stamp on the bottom of your item that might not have being stamped straight. Hope that helps x

Yes please for a emma Bridgewater vlog ... Its good to change things up at home loved your new buys with EB seconds there should be a black line where the defect is, it comes off when washed . ( Defect can be with the shape , print can be ever so slight yet will show up for the trained eye ! I buy seconds too🙂 X

I did a factory tour vlog way back that you might like to watch xx The seconds can be really small issues like little pin pricks in the glaze to mistakes in the printing/painting. ❤
